"We are ready to Work beside You, Fight beside You and Die beside You. Let us Vote beside You!" was the first call that gave to women the freedom and the feeling of fighting for their rights.

1975 was declared International Women's Year and in Mexico City took place the First World Conference on Women.

In 1979 was signed the Convention on the Elimination of All Forms of Discrimination Against Women.

In 1980 took place in Copenhagen the Second World Conference on Women.

The message to the women of the world is: "The women's movement is a political movement!"

In 1985 took place in Kenya the Third World Conference on Women.

In 1993 in Vienna it was the World Conference on Human Rights where it was declared the message:

"Human rights are women rights and women rights are human rights once and for all."

In 1995 in Beijing was the Fourth World Conference on Women.

In 2000 they organized the Security Council Resolution 1325 on Women, Peace and Security.

In 2008 took place the Security Council Resolution 1820 on Sexual Violence in Conflict.

"We have a fast generation with the possibility to find a mentality change, power relations between men and women. Together we should tend this picture into reality. Empowering women, Empowering humanity, Picture it!"
