The European Union Policy on Energy
A few months before the 21th Conference of Parties (COP21) is taking place in Paris, nearly 200 countries will try to enact a common agreement for the climate. For France, the host country, there are political and geopolitical issues. France is counting on the EU to assume the leadership and reconcile the divergent interests. An actual challenge.
