Michele holds an pre-Bologna Italian degree in Humanities (the equivalent of BA in Philosophy and History, MA in Communications), and he attended several courses in EU laws and Policies. He has been living, studying and working in Athens, Veliko Thrnovo, Trieste, Padua, Santiago de Compostela, Madrid and Brussels. He wrote a thesis about the role of physical and psychic breakdowns in the development of human behaviour and an essay concerning the role of FYROM in the EU enlargement process. 

He has been a member of AEGEE from 2003 to 2010, and he volunteered in several NGO (Analytika, Emergency, Amnesty International). 

By now, he is a freelancer and writes for Cafebabel.it. He draws comics and writes short stories for Shockdom, a free platform for comic arts. His interests as blogger and journalist focuses mainly in the field of International Relations.

Besides his Academic Education, he has a strong interest in Anthropology, Languages and Martial Arts. He practices JKD-Kali and Capoeira, loves biking and swimming. He speaks fluently Italian, English and Spanish, and also some Portuguese, Russian, French, Greek and Bulgarian.
