Luka is highly passionate about EU affairs and European politics in general, and is keen on observing and analysing developments in Europe and beyond.
He graduated in European Studies and also holds an M.A. in that particular field, having focused his master thesis on the distribution of competences in the EU after the Lisbon Treaty. He has a couple of years of professional working experience, mainly in the field of EU funding.
He participated in several EU decision-making simulations, most notably the Balkan Case Challenge where he won the sub-competition in Graz, Austria, in 2009. As a former tennis player, he devoted his student years to teaching youth in his former tennis club. He is also a big fan of football.
