Loredana Patrutiu-Baltes is a Phd. Lecturer, specialized in European Economy, World Economy and European Integration.

She has a Bachelor’s degree in International Economic Relations, 3 Master’s degrees in: International Business, Comparative European Political Studies, and Political Science (University Paris Est Marne-la-Vallée in Paris), as well as a PhD in History - International Relations and European Studies.

Loredana wrote a book about the contribution of the French President François Mitterrand to the European Construction, which was sponsored by the National Cultural Fond Administration, and obtained the “Grigore Gafencu” award for 2012 from the “Magazin Istoric” Cultural Foundation.

As a specialist in the history of the European community and the European economy, I understand that the only way to face the coming global challenges is a strong and united Europe. That’s why, as a convinced European, I believe that together, the Europeans can overcome the democratic, social and especially economic issues.

Therefore, it is our duty to preserve Europe as a peaceful, democratic and prosper place to live in, for us and especially for future generations
