Laura works in social housing policy in London and is completing a journalism course from the London School of Journalism. She also keeps a blog as an Albanian in London where she writes about travelling, photography and about being a parent.
Originally from Albania, Laura studied economics in France and moved to London with her British husband 7 years ago.
Laura believes that “Europe is the only way forward for European countries. It is amazing to have free movement of people across Europe and the benefits far outweigh the perceived costs. A joint Europe is much stronger than separate individual countries”.
Laura has written for the Guardian and has published reports for the Chartered Institute of Housing on social mobility and social housing, rents policy and affordable rents. She is also a keen amateur photographer.
