Chris Clyne is currently a professional in the field of fuel and food poverty working with vulnerable and low income households to help them out of poverty. He is also politically active with the Scottish Labour Party and the Scottish Fabian Society. He is a member of the European Movement in Scotland and the European Federal Party.

Chris was previously a Chef and Kitchen Manager before returning to full time education. He attended University of Aberdeen and he gained an Honors degree in Politics and IR and a post graduate degree in IR, focusing on democracy, security and constitutions. He is currently learning Arabic and Journalism in the pursuit of a new career. He is also considering a PhD.

His main pastimes are Karate, Salsa and hillwalking. He also likes chocolate biscuits.
