The European Parliament Simulation (EURO.PA.S.) is a remarkable event taking place at the University of Piraeus. It is organized by the Institute of Research and Training on European Affairs and supported by the European Parliament office in Greece, as well as the European Commission Delegation in Greece, in cooperation with the French Institute in Athens.

From April 11th until 14th EURO.PA.S. 2014 will be held at the University of Piraeus, gathering students from Greek and foreign Universities who wish to experience the decision making process, negotiation methods, strategy making and crisis management in the framework of an official procedure.

Every participant is supposed to act like an actual Member of the European Parliament (MEP): each MEP will have to defend the interests of his/her party and country, and the policies on the agenda discussed at each simulated parliamentary committee.

At the end of the four-day parliamentary simulation each participant will receive a certificate of participation, provided that he/she attended all the sessions of the conference.

The participation fee is 45 euros and covers all lunch and coffee breaks scheduled in the official programme of the conference, as well as all the material provided during the registration. Accommodation is not provided.
