The saying goes: 'that which does not kill us only makes us stronger.' That might be true enough, but what about the things that do kill us?

The map above uses data from, amongst others, WHO and OECD to look at the main causes of death throughout the 20th century.

What do you think the scientific advances will mean for a similar map for the 21st century? And how do you think a similar map would look for your region? Or for Europe in general?
