If you drew a map of the world based on memory, how would it look like?
That was the starting point for Reddit user zaaakk, who got 30 people to draw a map of the world based only on memory.
He then digitally merged them into one map, which you can see here.
The result is bad news for regions like Alaska, Greenland and Antarctic, which seem to have disappeared, while it's good news for central America, which is roughly the size of Australia, while Europe and Russia look like they've put on a bit of weight.
In regards to the Panama and Suez canals..well, there seems to be some digging to do...
What do you think of the map?
And what would your map of the world look like, if you drew it just from memory?
