A Romanian village 35 kilometers southeast of Bucharest unfurled on Monday, 27.05.2013, what is the largest flag ever made, downing Lebanon which had held the previous record.
It took about 200 people several hours to roll out the flag, which measured about 349 meters by 227 meters, about three times the size of a football field.
It is a well known fact that Europeans usually have a different way of showing love for their country. Pretty different from the Americans with the big flags proudly displayed on their houses, t-shirts, cars or even tattooed on their arms.
