Students contribute to the UK economy. Source: Universities UK

Students coming from other European Union member states to the United Kingdom contribute significant amounts to the economy. These students pay tuition fees and other living costs while studying in Britain. Alongside with the other international students, this contribution cannot be ignored.

It is important for the UK to remain as a member in the EU to attract international students, and to ensure that the UK students can freely study abroad as well. UK students and universities benefit greatly from the EU membership.

According to the infographic by Universities UK, international students' share of the higher education revenue was over 7 billion pounds.
