If you compare the map of Europe in 1900 and 2000 the differences are stricking. But have you ever wondered how will Europe look like in 2100?

Slovakian digital artist Martin Vargic, known as JaySimons, has dared himself to create a map of Europe in 2100. Interesting that he considered not only trasformations of political map but also the changes of landscape. Thus, on the map vast territories are gone under water, cities like Hamburg, Helsinki, Stockholm and Saint-Petersburg ceased to exist. Respectively changed the capital cities of many countries. Estonia disappeared completely, Belarus became a part of Russia, and Belgium joined France.

What other remarkable changes have you found on the map? Do you think such scenario is possible? How do you see Europe and your country on the map of Europe in 2100? What would you like to see?
