Not only we live in the age of speed and technology which pretty much leaves us less and less time to just chill and relax, the food we eat (and the quantity) is questionable.

As seen on this calorie consumption infographic created by Column Five Media, we tend to eat a bit more than we should.

Of all Europeans, it seems Austrians enjoy their food the most, eating 149% of the daily caloric requirement, while Bulgaria is at the other end, with an average person eating "only" 110% of the daily recommandation. Overall, obesity is growing all over Europe, becoming an important health issue.

So, what can we do to counteract this phenomenon?
