Hot, rainy days are coming and there's nowhere else to go. Except, there are things we can do in order to (at least) slow this process down.

If in the 90's scientists predicted this would happen at the end of the 21st century, the scientific community recently said that they were wrong; the climate change and its effects on our lives will happen much sooner, sometimes in the next 2-3 decades.

In this infographic is depicted the climate changes (projected temperature and precipitaton rises) that will occur in Europe.

Annual average land temperatures over Europe are projected to continue increasing by more than the global average temperature. The largest temperature increases are projected over eastern and northern Europe in winter, and over southern Europe in summer. Annual precipitation is generally projected to increase in northern Europe and to decrease in southern Europe, thereby enhancing the differences between currently wet regions and currently dry regions

Can EU start a REAL change? If yes, how will it help/make the rest of the world to follow?
